1. Definitions

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 699jl Casino services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

4. KYC & Identity Verification

699jl Casino is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a regulatory requirement and is designed to protect players and the integrity of the Platform.

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards may also be accepted where supported.
• All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. 699jl Casino reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Any funds deposited into your 699jl Casino Account are held for gaming purposes only. 699jl Casino does not pay interest on Account balances. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee after a period of inactivity as specified in the Platform's fee schedule.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

699jl Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
